Public Art - Rutland Street, Leicester

It was a surprise to me when I encountered this Street Art painting in it's location whilst walking down Rutland Street, Leicester because such paintings are generally found on walls or broadband/telephone electronics cabinets, in my experience.It was not clear if this painting had been officially sanctioned or it had been placed here by an imaginative individual as there wasn't any information signage near the work. In any case I give full marks for this piece of individualism.
