One driver was so rude literally don't deserve 1 star at all. As a key worker i know what customer service is and the driver didn't have that at all needs to learn a bit more of respect. Also didn't even give you time to step of the bus before closing the doors.

Get to work, people rely on you for transport to work, hospital, to visit vulnerable people and you lazy cretins are throwing your dummies out because you’re greedy. Good job Stagecoach drivers. “We’re all in this together” till Bill the bus driver wants a bit of extra cash for Christmas that is, selfish people.

Iknow this wont make a blind bit of difference but the number 1bus must be the worst service in Sheffield it's times you did something about it, waited an hour for a bus and missed my connection thanks for nothing

Great place with customer focused management, willing to go above and beyond for passengers.

Hardly ever on-time. Lots of cancellations.I try to get First where possible they’re more reliable with a younger, better fleet too.

My daughter lost her school bag and stagecoach managed to find it and I went to collect it and the staff couldn't have helped more! They saw my 2 and a half year old was super excited to see the bus depot they even let us get on a bus and for him to sit in the drivers seat! He was over the moon ! Thanks again x

No 86 not turned up again. Meant to be every 30 mins but now having to wait an hour again. Very unreliable. App dose not sure that they are cancelled just disappears from the screen. Awful service

Staying in the bus fot half an hour after bus is broken and even the driver don't know will they send something to pick us up from GXO. That's horrible company, they don't even deserve 1 star

I liked everything about the depot except the 'proud to serve' which normally means that it is bigoted against my religion.Apart from that however I was very pleased with the service I got from stagecoach depot staff both on the telephone and in person.The depot had found my walking pole and told me when I could pick it up, and I had been and picked it up before the normal stagecoach lost property page told me that they had not even found my 'other' lost property - they hadn't read the lost property form to see that my lost property was a walking pole.In short phone the depot and don't rely on the website. Old fashioned methods give much better results when they have not been taken away.

#86 bus is a joke, bus tracker is a joke. Heard they lost this service to a competitor... Haha hopefully a reliable service will be resumed.
