Access Self Storage Northampton

Yesterday I went to Access Self Storage Northampton to have a look at the box I had reserved. I have had a very positive impression since the first time I called Self Access Self Storage Northampton to enquire about the boxes available, where I was served by Harry. I was pleased to find out that the same level of friendliness and professionalism was showed by the in-loco staff. Tom, who served me, was truly lovely and I am very grateful for the support he offered. He showed me around, showed me different size of boxes twice and took the measurement of the smallest one to enable me to understand what the best size was based on the items I had to store there, explained how to access my box and the building and also helped me with the installation of the app on my phone. I am very pleased to have chosen Access Self Storage Northampton and I would highly recommend it.

I’d never used storage before and I was unsure and how it all worked, but the guys at Access were really helpful, they showed me multiple room sizes and went above and beyond! Highly recommend.

Really great service,very efficient as well once I got here. Plenty trolleys to help you move your things to the storage easily and locks and boxes on site as well.great experience overall.

Tom was very helpful when setting up my unit for me. Showed me in detail how to use the building and set me up a code for my room, making sure my stuff is safe. Highly recommend!

Tom and Darren in particular were very helpful when I was moving my items in to storage! They’re definitely the safest storage place in Northampton with their individually alarmed rooms. Darren helped me set up my security app for my Unit which really made me feel confident that my stuff was safe! Highly recommend this place

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Manager Darren helped me moving in and from move in to end process made very easier. Showed me around and was super super friendly. Gave me all the information that I needed. Especially when I was worried about the size. He ensured me how flexible they are. Love the store and team. Thank you Darren for the awesome experience.

Was really impressed with my experience at Access,The staff were super friendly and helpful and Darren was great finding me the right room.The security features were great and I was amazed at the alarmed units and security app features.The building was so clean and well run.10/10 would recommend and use again in the future.

The unit is good and with 50% off for the months the price is reasonable but whilst moving in it became clear that we were not given the information we should have been about entering access codes (even when the gates are open) every time we enter and leave, so we now apparently have a flag on our account. The man that spoke to us to tell us off, refused to believe us that we’d not been told about it. You’d be think they’d be a little more open to the possibility that a young member of staff may have not done the intro job properly, rather than just presume we’d set the alarm off on purpose twice in our first 24hrs! Safe to say, once the promo period is over they have done nothing to convince us to stay

Brilliant, explain I have back problems and was sorted for to have a unit by the lift , payment made easy as well . Staff was really professional friendly. Prices are really good best discount offer around .
