Haven't seen this kind of service for years . I went in for a pair of walking boots today , the gent that assisted me could not have been more helpful. He made me feel so at ease and you can tell he genuinely cares about making sure his customer is happy . Will definitely go back from now .

I've been shopping for outdoor clothing fairly regularly here for years now, and took my mum in this week to look at walking poles. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and helped my mum to try a couple of different sets of poles to see which would suit her best. So much better than buying online, and as an added bonus there is always a big selection of stock on sale!

Went here to get some winter boots and trousers.Very welcoming staff, great advice and provided a service you just don’t get other places. Got the boots tested and fitted correctly.Plenty of stock in the store and staff with knowledge, which can be rare these days

Went to get Superfeet insoles with my son for his new police boots. Couldn't have been more helpful. Very well informed about their products and took time to get the correct fitting. Excellent service.
