Cracking little music bar. Good choice of draught beers and bottles. Fantastic cocktails with an emphasis on Bourbon. A small nook for bands, of which we saw The Manipulators. Very good.

Loved this place! First time I'd been. They have great cocktails. Retro American themed and reading the (allowed) graffiti in the loos was hilarious. The live music was fab too.

Came here for an afternoon of cocktail drinking. It was a lovely day outside so we decided to sit outside and staff were happy for us to take stools out. There’s a great selection of cocktails and other alcoholic drinks, which are reasonably priced. We got served quickly and efficiently and the staff were very friendly. The atmosphere inside is great and I can only imagine how nice it is when there’s lives bands playing. Will definitely be back for more day drinking and evening drinks too!

Went in with two kids at 4pm so we could listen to some live music. Greeted by a blonde lady working behind the bar who was less than pleasant when we asked if kids was OK to be there. It's not really a children friendly bar but there ok till 8pm. When asked what drinks are available for kids she then stated when don't really cater for kids. We ordered some drinks and whilst waiting for the band asked if we could buy some pickles for the kids. She said not really the come with a certain drink then rolled her eyes and walked off. By the point I'd had enough of her rude service and we left. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone again. Its a shame because me and my partner went one evening and really enjoyed the band but have been completely put of by this experience. The kids was made uncomfortable and just wanted to leave.

Dire layout. Very pricey. No definitive vibe to the place - one minute it's rockabilly the next it's Michael Bublé, then we've gotta chuck in T2 Heartbroken somewhere just cause. One good side to the place is when it's used as an end of night bar. The atmosphere then is much better. Still, it feels very disconnected and sometimes even dangerous for more vulnerable individuals.

Good little night club venue, located in the heart of city centre. Multiple rooms. Drinks reasonably priced l, quick service. Clean toilets. Not sure on the food if any was being served between 10pm to 3am.Go for a boogie !!!

Came up from Manchester just to visit this bar. Was not disappointed at all. Lee is amazing. Made us feel welcome. Great chat. Lovely guy all round.If I come back up to Newcastle it’s a definite that I’ll be back

What a night with the live band. Was walking back to hotel and heard the music so popped in.Great mixture of ppl, hard to describe inside the building, but well worth a visit. And the toilets, hahah well vandalised. Very quirky, will visit again

Didn't try the food but the selection of drinks is excellent, the venue upstairs is great, small capacity but a nice layout with a very personal feel to the gig.
