The staff on the yard are very helpful while the staff behind the counter are unfriendly and unprofessional, their product prices aren't reasonable either, I would try avoiding if I can!

Everyone at the branch is extremely helpful at all times. Every branch I have dealt with for my firm and my clients businesses has given me the same attention to detail at all times hence why I always recommend Jewsons. Plus they listen to Ujima Radio which I am proud to working with.

Jewson Bristol (Glenfrome Road)
This place is close to where I live and I registered for an account a while ago. But it's way more expensive than the big DIY stores and the service is pretty poor. Trying to buy building supplies usually involves dodging the forklift in the carpark, waiting around outside to be seen, trying to negotiate on price then making sure that the timber isn't warped or the sand isn't soaking wet. Generally too much faff involved!

Close to where I live and handy for ordering bulk bags of sand, tool hire, but wouldn't really recommend for hardware or tools as their prices are much higher than elsewhere, use toolstation or screwfix for that instead. Also no prices online, so have to call up every time, sort it out jewson!
