New place in Cambridge! Amazing bubble tea and juices. Got the Mango fruit tea and pomegranate & lychee fizz. Both were very nice (the fizz tea was more flavourful and sweeter which I liked a lot). Overall great service and great drinks. Highly recommend.

Honestly, the first few times were amazing, i had no problems at all. But the last two times have been awful, once is a mistake, twice is a pattern. I got a three honeydew milk teas. None of which tasted like honeydew but instead tasted like I sucked a tea bag, had horrible disgusting sludge at the bottom and strong nasty bitter aftertaste. I am devastated, since I was ranting and raving about this place, I’ve order a few times before hand which tasted absolutely Devine! Sweet and smooth and tasted of honeydew! But these last two times have honestly been so disappointing. And I won’t be ordering from here again.

My first time in this store. I was served by a young lady called Aqila. The shop was so busy with students and tourists but she still served me properly and helped me choose the right drink (I’m a novice and fussy). I’m converted and actually like bubble tea (especially the way she made it to my tatse). When I come back to Cambridge, this will be my first stop!

The staff Sahil and Aqila were very kind and helpful when it came to choosing my drink. The atmosphere of the cafe is very calm and relaxed. I ordered the mango tea with strawberry popping boba it was delicious and I would order it again.

Love this place!! The bubble tea is so good and if you buy a drink then come back the next day then you get a drink half price if you bring the receipt! They do delivery too!!

Visited Bubbleology for the 1st time in Cambridge as a family. The atmosphere was buzzing the que was out of the door. Just incredibly busy!!! Aqila who served us was lovely as I was unsure on which drink I wanted. She explained thoroughly what was in each drink and whether I preffered something fizzy or milky. Her team were on a roll customer after customer. The drink Aqila made me was delicious nothing like iv had before. The lychee bubbles that were in the drink made it extra special. It didn't even taste like a tea but more like a fizzy drink which I loved. I definitely will be back again when I'm in the area. Thank you for the fab drink and customer service x

We had a great experience during our visit. Aqila and the other colleagues recommended some nice flavours that left my opinion positively changed on Bubble based drinks.Would highly recommend to all to visit
