Critterz Grooming

Lisa is brilliant. She is so knowledgeable about how to care and groom your animal. Lisa has been grooming my Shih tzu Petal since she was a puppy. As Lisa is the only one Petal has been with to be groomed, Petal enjoys going to see Lisa. This means Lisa knows all about your animal, for example, their behaviour , if they are sensitive on certain things. Our older Shih tzu didn't like her front paws being touched, but Lisa knew this and would be gentle and take extra time with her. Lisa also knows if something is not quite right with them. My Shih tzu Petal had a gland issue, and Lisa advised me to take her to the vets. Petal needed antibiotics and a couple of follow-up appointments. If Lisa hadn't hadn't said anything, we would have been unaware, and Petal would have needed more invasive treatment at the vets. The vet was very impressed by Lisa. I would recommend anyone who loves their animal and wants it to have the best groom and service to go and see Lisa.
