Really easy and straightforward to book an appointment.I had a spray tan which I was very pleased with- I’ve been 4 times now. The young lady who does the tanning is really welcoming and chatty.

Hayley was very informative through my treatment! Explained each step of the hydra facial. Skin feels great.. thank you! Will be back definitely!

Service was very rushed and I did not feel comfortable at all. I explained that this was my first time having an intimate wax and that i was very nervous as, well, anyone would be.I asked for a 10 second break in between as it was very painful and I had the response that she is fully booked today and didn’t have 10 seconds….Bonnie continued to mention how a previous client who was seen, could not finish the treatment and said childbirth is worse than this. I explained that I don’t have any children so I cannot compare, however, it was agonisingly painful. She did not add pressure to the area after pulling a strip, she just proceeded with applying more wax. She held my legs down when I would react to the pain, this made me feel constricted and she told me in laughter, that she would need restraints next time.I felt quite humiliated and disappointed during the service and I wouldn’t go back.After the service, I walked back upstairs where an employee was stood in the corridor, I was met with nothing but a stare and Bonnie stating that I wanted to kill her after the service. I felt nothing but embarrassment as she had basically infiltrated my private appointment by talking to the employee whilst I walked past. I decided to laugh this off as I walked up the stairs as I was unsure what to say.I went to the front desk to pay and asked what the remaining balance was as I had paid a deposit and forgotten how much was owing. Upon handing cash over, the receptionist answered the phone, put a SunLounge keyring on the desk and blanked me. I left feeling mortified and unwelcome.edit***I’ve just gotten off the phone with them regarding this and all the manager could state (the person who was at reception)was that he would pass feedback onto Bonnie, explained that what she said was in a humoured state and that they wouldn’t do anything other than give me money off another treatment. I was getting so worked up and upset on the phone as he said a refund wasn’t applicable due to the service being provided, which i understand. However, the service was not provided with care in mind or was it with personality.

As always Stacey was amazing! She always puts children at ease, and comes down to their level to make them feel comfortable. Stacey even remembered my daughter so there was such a personal touch. Stacey is very professional, and I’ve recommended her and the Sun lounge to all the Mums as I just feel the service is exceptional. Stacey could teach so many people about proper customer service as I feel she is just a cut above the rest. My daughter is so thrilled, this was her second visit and each time Stacey has been exemplary. You’re a credit to Sun lounge please never change who you are xx

Perfect nails! Amazing service , wouldn’t go elsewhere

Avoid for nails! I wish I had.Got in really last minute for a gel manicure and can see now why they weren’t fully booked. While the technician was lovely the gel polish didn’t even last four days before chipping (see pics). I emailed to ask for a refund because I’ve never had a gel manicure last less than three weeks before so there was clearly something wrong with the polish and I was told that I should allow them the opportunity to redo my nails and that they don’t do refunds. My nails are so weak and flimsy where the varnish has chipped off, I would think they’d have understood that I wanted to get them redone elsewhere rather than chance it with them again but clearly not. I can’t speak to their other services but avoid for nails! I’ve never left a negative review on Google before but felt it was worth warning others on this.
