Do not use!! I ordered a month ago and found out the mirror wouldn’t be sent until January. I have contacted the company 4 times in the last week as I need to change the delivery address. I’ve had no replies to any of my emails or messages. At this point I’m starting to believe this is a scam and will be reporting unless I receive contact in the next day.

Honestly great company with great prices. Delivery driver drove for 2 hours to get mirror to us. Arrived bang on 7am which was exactly what I wanted. Mirror is gorgeous and my daughter was over joyed.Lovely gentleman I ordered mirror from was also extremely helpful.Highly recommending this company. Definitely worth 5 stars

Absolutely fantastic service! I emailed the company to ask if they could deliver the mirror sooner as I was decorating my daughters room and they text me telling me that had arranged early delivery! Will definitely recommend this company to everyone!

Was very skeptical before ordering. Communication was kept to a very high standard. Myself personally it was a surpise for the mrs and i can confirm she loves it! They kept in contact throughout the process and even after i made the mistake of first ordering the wrong size and then ordering 2 by mistake, the money was refunded instantly! Delivery was exactly the date it was told it would be. Very happy with the service the quality is top noch! Would definitely recommend ! Thanks guys

I’m sorry but I am extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered my mirror on the 14 th December and I still don’t have a delivery date. I’ve contacted the company at least 4 times but still no mirror. I will be asking for a refund and ordering my mirror elsewhere.

Ordered Mirror For X-mas present, Paid a £50 premium for a guaranteed Christmas eve delivery and just received an email (Sunday Afternoon) saying my mirror was broken and could not be shipped. Was a really important present. gutted
