Took car in for mot at short notice passed although two advisorys for tyres which I new where coming near to the limit. Over all good service thankyou

From start to finish I had no issues with booking. Greeted and treated well from all staff. I raised concern about my alignment work and it was rectified immediately when I returned. I understand that things need a roaster test etc to fine tune and when I returned the young lad sorted what was a minor issue. Very helpful and I'm very happy.

Had a puncture and got booked in for a timed appointment. I got seen bang on the time and got great service from a young man named Ewan (I hope that's correct!). He was professional, kept me well informed, and is certainly a credit to his employer. Nice clean waiting area.

The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I showed up after I heard a 'pop' and lost power and they very kindly fitted me in and carried out a temporary repair to get me home. I have used this garage before and unlike other garages I have been to who have replaced parts that didn't need replaced and charged me for parts they didn't replace, I have found the staff at this garage to be honest and upfront. They have shown me the parts that need replaced before they carried out the work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our experience was one star, since we had a blow out on the M90 and were to be towed to a tyre depot. We were in our way to Glasgow airport and we only had 2 and a half hours to get our flight . I phoned the branch and asked them if they could do a quick turn around of 2 rear tyres and they said they could not do it for 2 days. I told the manager the circumstances and he insisted that it could not be done that day.IN CONTRAST……I phoned Kwikfit at Hospital Hill in Dunfermline and the manager said he could do it very quickly for us given the circumstances that we could miss our flight.We met Jason the area manager who was visiting for the day and Conan the branch manager both guys rolled up there sleeves and changed our tyres almost as quick as Red Bull F1. We appreciate the good work of this branch of Kwikfit and went above and beyond there service 10 out of 10 guys.All their bays were full and they changed the tyres in the courtyard for us. Keep up the good work.

Daughters car paked to set off on holiday to discover a nail on the side of the rear tyre. Called about availability and price of a tyre and was asked if she could be there in 10min they would squeeze the car in. Top class service.Friendly and efficient.Thank you

Euan and team were brilliant today. Went in with one problem expecting to pay a fair bit but they got straight to work and identified that I had been told the wrong information and that it was not as big an issue as told. Kept up to date throughout, polite and would absolutely trust them again with anything. Could not recommend them enough. Well done Euan!

Watch out, I booked a brake check with them quite well in advance as I was traveling round Scotland. I was in the North and drove down on Sunday in my van for a Monday morning appointment. They rang me on the Monday morning to cancel the appointment. Took me ages to find another garage that could fit me in. Never again.
