We are absolutely delighted with our balustrade. Everyone at Pink Sand was incredibly helpful and efficient throughout. A small hiccough with a courier was no problem as Pink Sand sent one of their own vans the same day in order to ensure there was no delay with the fitting. Old fashioned, personal service such as this is hard to find these days and the end product looks amazing!

Ordered £3300 balcony. Handrail was poorly power coated and cut roughly , fixing brackets were also missing.Spoke to 3 different people over 2 weeks who did nothing. Then emailed the manager/owner and had to send 6 emails. Only resolved after threatening legal action. Had a part refund which was less than it cost to have the rails powder coated locally.Horrendous service and they did everything they could to try and get out of there responsibly.

Top service and product! The Pink Sand team were great from guiding me to measuring up to design and delivery - the whole team were great and very approachable with good customer service and follow up. What was particularly appreciated was that the components came with the tools I would need to instal the system, including hydraulic crimpers for the wire rope connectors. Would certainly recommend as there a lot of suppliers out there with arguably not such a good product and service. Value for money was also good and certainly very competitive compared to other quotes I received.

I highly recommend Pink Sand Group. I installed the glass balustrade myself and it looks absolutely superb. The job was relatively straightforward, even for a DIYer, mainly due to the very high quality components and the brilliantly engineered mounting system. But the real differentiator for me was Pink Sand’s customer service. Chris supported me throughout the whole customer journey, from the initial design right through to the installation. He was always happy to answer my questions, however trivial, and he provided me with invaluable installation advice. This was a very small project for them and yet I was made to feel like a key customer, with Chris proactively contacting me to ask how everything was going. How many companies do that these days? I highly recommend them: a high quality product - competitively priced - backed up by fantastic customer service.

I ordered a bespoke glass balustrade from these guys and i must say the whole process was faultless. They assisted in every aspect of planning, were always happy to assist, and when installing (myself) again, always happy to assist. The quality of the product is extremely high.
