I do not usually leave reviews but the service I have received from this company needs to be commended. Called for an ex local authority property with a leak. Michael came fixed the leak, arrived when he said and works using evidence which you can see and logic, (may have found the cheapest quote originally but you get what you pay for!). Once the leak the fixed it was the aftercare that shows you the value and expertise of someone who knows their trade. Without writing a full chronology he was able to support with the issue and advocate on my behalf - someone else may have stated differently which would have resulted in large unnecessary costs for myself. Thank you to this company who have gone the extra mile I will certainly be using again.

Excellent communication, knows his stuff. Reasonably priced. Fixed the toliet leak in my flat, knew exactly what the probelm was when i first reached out to Mike. Would highly recommend and will be using him for future jobs at my other properties.

Michael B did a small job for us (toilet flush not stopping) he did it efficiently and we'll, whilst offering a cheaper solution and being very friendly. Will call on him for future plumbing jobs.

Mike respond to an emergency call late on a Sunday evening and provided an extremely professional experience. He took a very methodical approach, continually explaining his reasoning and findings which provided confidence in the outcome. We would strongly recommend Mike and his work. He agreed to visit us across London at short notice on a Sunday to look at an emergency leak in our kitchen. He was very knowledgable and clear in explaining his work process in detecting and fixing two leaks. The work was carried out in a tidy and efficient manner. Mike was also happy to look at an unrelated issue in our bathroom, despite it being late on a Sunday, and objectively told us no work here was needed. Mike is a professional, honest and friendly chap.

Michael is very professional and efficient. I spoke to him about installing my dishwasher and the plumbing issues I was experiencing, such as a slow leak. Mike responded to my call about a non-emergent leak to my central heating the following morning, dealing with the matter quickly and professionally. His rates were very respectful of the environment. I really appreciated that he explained the nature of the problem, and provided multiple options for repair, explaining how each would work to enable me to make an informed decision. When the bonding compounded didn’t fully bond, resulting in the leak not being fully resolved when the central heating was repressurised that evening, Mike returned first thing the following morning to spot weld at no extra cost. I would recommend Mike to anyone in need of a professional plumber at a great price, and will be retaining his details for anymore issues in future!
