What a great all round service. After a couple of awful experiences I'd started 'grooming' our cocker myself. The good reviews are well deserved. Our spaniel was immediately happy and at ease, and came out with the best practical and pretty cut she's ever had.

Our rescue dog, Buddy, visited Karen for the first time this week, and has emerged looking wonderful! From his demeanour, I would say that he feels rather pleased with himself, and is obviously much more comfortable.I will admit that I was pretty anxious beforehand - Buddy could be a little 'edgy' and had never been to a groomer before, but Karen is calm, confident, friendly and very experienced - all of which resulted in her being able to deal with my large and tatty mutt - resulting in happy dog, happy owner! Thanks a lot Karen - I would thoroughly recommend you, and look forward to our next visit!
