From start to finish MYA have been amazing. They have made me feel at ease and supported me through the whole process, I couldn't be happier. Have had no issues or complications along the way, I am in love with my girls and my confidence is better then it has ever been. Can't fault them. 5 star

My experience with MYA from the very beginning has been amazing. This has been the best decision and I was made to feel at ease, comfortable and relaxed. Surgeon Mr Mahdi has been extremely helpful, listened to my needs and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend.

I was asked to travel down to see the surgeon for him to say it could have been done on the phone,it cost a lot for my train(s) there and back, so hoped the nurse pre op would at least not make it wasted however this has also been rearranged...to next week due to a system error.. money wasted on the trip for no real reason...

Everyone is so nice and friendly. Even though I was super nervous and insecure, everyone made me feel calm and relaxed. Definitely recommend to anyone I know!

I absolutely loved my appointment, Mr traynor put me at total ease with his Jokes and humour. Katy and the lovely lady who sat in my appointment ( can’t remember her name) were so nice. The lady who sat in was so reassuring and I’m glad she was there! Cannot wait for my surgery!!! This appointment really confirmed I am making the right decision to go ahead!

Amazing all the lovely ladies at Manchester clinic in Cheadle were so lovely!(didn’t manage to get names) Dr traynor was fantastic with constructive criticism but honest outcome of results, you know your in safe hands when the surgeon gives realistic advice!Would definitely recommend I will back for my surgery at a later date… the ladies on reception made me feel so comfortable in an uncomfortable situation beautiful! I’m glad that I made my breast uplift and enlargement journey with MYA. I was made to feel comfortable all through my appointments and I definitely felt heard. My journey start with a discount if I booked by a certain date (the following month). This meant that I was a very last minute client, lots of information needed to be gathered promptly and I had to have my appts booked in very close to one another. MYA worked hard to fit me in to suit my schedule, they were very compromising and patient and did everything very professionally and in a timely manner. At not one point did I feel pressured into anything, they made sure that this was what I wanted to do and it was made very clear that I did have a cooling off period even though I was booked in and had a deposit paid.Dr. Gary Traynor was my surgeon, I was really apprehensive about meeting him at first but I felt very at ease once I’d met him. He gave me so much information, he was understanding and was patient with me and my many questions. He gave me options to think about – key thing here! Everything was my choice and the options I was given were to suit my size, weight, future aspirations etc. He’s done an amazing job and his aftercare also brilliant as I needed to go back to see him 2 days later as I had knocked myself and bled a little from stictch site.I was thoroughly cared for by the team at First Trust Hospital, I really felt the care and love from the staff.My post op appointments have also been fantastic, the nurses (Nurse Rhea) and the customer service team have been top. I had a little disappointment during a post op appointment but I contacted MYA straight away and they immediately dealt with the issue which was brilliant.All around they have been fantastic, I’m still on my journey being only 2 weeks post op but so far so good and I’m looking forward to my future appointments.Highly Recommended.Many thanks for everything, Steph x

So far my experience with MYA has been amazing my CCO Katy has been incredible with communication and so informative thank you.I met with my surgeon on 12th December and again had a really good and informative consultation. I am excited to continue my journey with MYA

I received calls regularly before settling the balance and then I would have to leave voicemails and call them for any support. It took 15 months after surgery to finally have an appointment to see my surgeon.15 months on and I have to have reconstructive surgery. This was always a possibility however, it should not have taken this long to realise. I have confidence in my surgeon which helps me try to settle my nerves. I can not say the same for MYA.
