Stanair were responsive and professional from start to finish.The first email sent, was answered quickly, an engineer came for a site visit in good time and reasonably quoted soon after.Don the engineer who carried out the work was thorough and knowledgeable.My 30 year old concertina door was fixed in good time and is now working better than when we originally moved into our unit over 10 years ago.
