It has taken us a little while but I would just like to thank you for your professionalism, kindness and support with arranging our floral tributes after mum passed away.With previous bereavements we have gone to what we would describe as more traditional florists. They were good but they somehow lacked the positive and homely vibe which we benefitted from with Flourish.It is difficult to put into words, given the sadness of the occasion, but your team made choosing of the flowers an uplifting experience. We were treated as individuals and despite your being extremely busy you had the patience to talk us through our choices and create a one-off tribute rather than leave us to select a picture from a catalogue. The result was stunning and delivered on time. Many people commented on the singularity and style of the arrangement, which was all done at a more than fair price. The vibrant spring colours were exactly what we hoped for and the arrangement itself was a triumph of simplicity and ingenuity. Yes we know that is a contradiction in terms, but somehow you managed to make the two opposites combine beautifully together.The chilled out music and welcoming layout of your shop in Barlow Moor Road, Didsbury, helped reduce any anxieties we had about choosing the right flowers. It was a pleasure to enter into your world for a little while. We do not normally leave online reviews - this is a first for us - but the praise is well deserved. It’s with a heavy heart I have to write a negative review. I’ve been happily shopping at Flourish, Didsbury branch for quite some time now. But sadly today was such a disappointment. A little background… I had purchased some flowers from a local supermarket the morning earlier. For the wife of a dear friend who pass away from cancer earlier this week, after 2 1/2 year battle. I had been feeling slightly unhappy with my flowers. So decided to pop into Flourish in the hope they could work some magic. By adding a few extra flowers in to help pretty it up. Had no problem with purchasing these. And paying for them to be rewrapped. The shop was considerably busy. I waited my turn around 10 minutes. I explained to your employee my situation. Her cold response was. “no we can’t do that - it’s company policy “. They was no explanation as to why this was company policy. Or showed no empathy to the reasoning of why I wanted their help. It’s such a shame your employee was not helpful at all. I’ve always been happy with the service I’ve received in the pass. Friendly, happy staff. But today. It would of been helpful if your employee had explain reasoning why. And showed some genuine care.

Bought two plants , on two separate occasions. One has been /is AMAZING , healthy , lush and glorious....the other started to die as soon as I put it in the car (a flowering Jasmin ) flowers dropped off daily , then the plant just died , over the course if 9 days . The man in the shop is really nice and helpful ...I was going to return with my plant, but decided it would be just too embarrassing to walk I with a dead plant !

Amazing experience here today, walked in asked for a hand tie, immediate service, really helpful and engaging, I felt part of the creative process but also trusted his judgement very much - affordable and gorgeous and ready in 10 mins. Loved it!

Flourish supplied the most beautiful flowers for our wedding! They made bouquets and buttonholes and then they supplied gorgeous loose flowers that I arranged myself for the table centrepieces at the venue. I’d had some pretty steep quotes for ‘wedding flowers’ and what they provided was so beautiful, at a fraction of the cost. Tom and Ant were so lovely and helpful right from the start and I can’t thank them enough!

I've bought from Flourish twice now and Clara has been so kind and informative every time. Amazing service and such a nice shop.

Beautiful shop with lots of unique choices and fair prices, only problem is I can't resist buying something every time I'm in the area!
