Good spot for a little treat like a bun or cake. Offer sandwiches and soup for lunch etc. it can be a bit cramped inside and a bit difficult to navigate for anyone with disabilities. Most of the staff are friendly and accommodating, other staff members, not so much. Adequate parking. Pretty cheerful wee place overall and a nice novelty for anyone visiting.

Lovely cafe for morning coffee, lunch or afternoon treat. On the menu there are breakfast bagels and pancakes, toastie or panini, scones and traybakes.It can be incredibly busy at lunchtime so be prepared for a wait. We arrived at 1pm, order taken at 1.15 and food served at 1.55. In fairness it was probably extra busy today with kids finishing school.There were six of us and we all chose a panini. They were absolutely delicious.There is seating on the ground floor as you go in, but there are more tables with a bit more space upstairs. There is also a toilet upstairs.Great food and lovely staff.

First time here with a friend and the staff were phenomenal. Will be back. Lovely place and I can't complement the staff enough! Just so friendly. The staff really made this a 5 star review and they didn't even have to try.

No Service3rd time in this establishement. First 2 times service and food was fine, but very dissapointing visit on the 26th Sept 2023.I was just back from some work visits and needed a bite of lunch and a well needed sit down. I passed so many places where I could have stopped for something, but I waited until back in Glengormley and stopped at the Cheeky Cherub. I parked up, went in and sat down. Did not seem overly busy downstairs but seemed liked a good few upstairs. Well I waited and I waited and the staff walked passed me, and they walked passed again and again and at least 3 moree times. Now, I am not hard to miss, thats for sure, so I could not see why they could not at least make a comment and advise someone would be with you soon or hand me a menu. No, I still waited and they kept walking past, around 10 mins (which is well more than enough) I got up and walked out. Now that is what I call a poor customer service and dissapointing visit.Thanks to the owner for replying. That shows they take time to read reviews and comment on same.Yes, agree that can happen so will call in again as no issue with the food.

This is a great cafe for coffee and cake, brunch or lunch. The menu has something for everyone, the coffee is very good and the fresh cakes are always a favourite. The cafe also has friendly staff, and a nice family atmosphere.

Very pleasant place for coffee, salads were very tasty and filling. Did not have any cakes but they did look delicious. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Will be back another time soon.
