Felixstowe Sea Front Gardens

Great place to have a seat and lookout over the sea front

Felixestowe is a place with a unique quantity, it provides, not only it's residents with a seaside atmosphere, unlike any other town, a combination of fantastic views from the cliffs tops , to it's amusement, Sunday markets, cafe, s , to which there are numerous throughout the the area, but every street has a special and unique character, with almost unlimited history going back to the 1700s,and beyond,A visit to this seaside gem, will, most certainly have you coming back to explore something new year after year.I have been resident here, the second time round in excess of 40+years,.This town is my place of choice.Invest some time here, and discover it's quite unique connection with Wesel, in west Germany. It's a fascinating and engaging history.

It's a great place, well maintained and has good facilities.

Loved Felixstowe....the Fort...nature trails...the beach and the port. All so lovely and beautiful gardens

A lovely place to walk around. Very hard to park on a nice day. Everyone comes down to the beach to sit on it and tan. If your not into that like me, then you can stroll through the gardens and down the highstreet. Plenty of pubs along the way and food places. Plenty of places to sit and relax and get a nice cold breeze.I saw plenty of bins and did not see any mess. It was quite tidy.We stopped for a beer at Bar and Grill. Really nice drinks and food.When we took a walk back we had to climb up the stairs to the top of the garden. But the views are amazing. Plenty of nice scenery and perfect for photographers like myself.If you don't mind a little bit of walking then I highly recommend coming here. Even if it's just to look out at the sea.

The location is perfect.The parking is perfectThe staff always go that little bit extra, they are the stars.Breakfast is good. chef was kind to my sons.Sleep is always amazing, (a little disturbed by loud doors banging on this visit)Great value for money.GREET THE STAFF!, THEY ARE FANTASTIC!

Lovely place for a relaxing walk

Lovely Victorian garden that stretches along a fair way of the sea front away from the tourist part. Some of it goes up the cliff face and paths lead you along there. There is a snack kiosk at one end, and a cafe up the cliff a short distance from that inside the gardens.
