I really love this pub, it's a bit of a local's, but they are so very friendly and I feel I can trust people enough to leave my stuff at the bar while I pop out for a breath of fresh air. Loads of sports TVs and nice pool room.

Saturday breakfast from 10 am @£4-50, your choice from menu selections, enjoy with coffee or your favourite tipple, hard to top this one. Still the best in town.

A real pub, lovely people excellent bar staff and management. The food is excellent, big screens for sports, and plenty of competitions to get involved in.. How a pub should be.. ☺️

One of the busiest pubs in Newton Abbot. Place tends to get quite crowded (which I deducted a point for, not that that is there fault of course! I just personally don't like too crowded a place)Anyway, the staff have always seemed pretty friendly and welcoming.There's two pool tables and they often use a large projector for sports events.Pretty nice pub overall. Just too crowded for my liking.

As a pool player it's heaven, having 2 tables! Decent beer, free music and friendly atmosphere.

If you want a wine bar, this is not the place. It's what you would call a proper boozer with proper good, tasty beer, ales and ciders. Oh and a few lagers.Quality pub.

Unsure about the place . Was advised by new friends that we wouldn't like it.Bar area very noisy people eating breakfast at the bar . Music BANG BANG BANG at 1230 sat lunchtime... old men in other bar just sat staring .Had our drink in quiet bar nobody spoke .Bar staff no conversation of putting place . Dubious customers

Nice but not great, proper builders pub where the sign doesn't even match the name, only one ale on tap and its not the best.
