Terrible customer services - item sent in the wrong size and they told me that the item is good quality and that noone else ever noticed the size was wrong before so there are no errors on their side. I had to escalate the case to get a refund. The item was very nice but based on their customer service and attitude to an incorrect product being sent out, I would not purchase from them again.

On the 21st August I messaged this company to query the delivery of my parcel as it had not arrived yet. I received no reply until I stated ‘I need help with my order’ through Etsy on the 23rd August. The customer service I received was appalling. They told me it had been delivered according to Royal Mail however I was not in receipt of the item. After numerous messages I was not listened to. I asked the seller for a refund as I had not received the item and was ignored. The matter was only resolved when I contacted Etsy and made a case asking for a refund. I do not recommend.

Ordered several items from QR code stands, personalised blankets for our beer garden & banners. All of which were perfect and just what we were looking for, the quality is also excellent. customer service is very helpful and professional, Chris helped us with everything we needed and recommended us the best products, going above and beyond to make sure we had the products in record time. Look forward to doing more business with A1 in the future.

Ordered several signs and posters for an event I had organised. Came on time and better than expected with amazing customer service.

Looks like Scammers! I made an order with them, fully paid and products never arrived. First they blamed delivery, then they blamed me for not receiving my order.

I’ve used A1 graphics for all my wedding invites and signage and couldn’t recommend them more. High quality prints with lovely service.

On October 9th, 2022 we placed an order for with A1 Graphics through Etsy for 8 house number signs for our grand opening in the US. Soon after, a tracking number was provided to us but had not been shipped yet. A few days later we checked it again still the same message. We went on vacation for a few days and upon our return we find that UPS came but did not leave our package. After many back and forth we found out that the package was on its way back to England. They told us we had to pay to get them shipped back to us. We said no. Two mistake that they did made which caused us this problem. 1. We could not track the package even after we came back because the tracking said that it was still not shipped. 2. They requested that the package be signed for when we had made no such request and we were never told that they would have this as a requirement. So their problem is a lack of communication. They did not want to take responsibility for not providing right info to the customer.

Please don't be fooled by the professional web site of A1 Graphics Ltd, it certainly does not match their customer service.Recently I received 2 international package deliveries from them which contained stickers.In the first package the sticker sized differed from the size I ordered.So a second package was dispatched after an email confirming the correct sized stickers would indeed be sent this time.When the second package arrived once again the sticker size differed from the size ordered!Agreement was then made to return the stickers all the way back to the UK, after which A1 Graphics declined to refund my return shipping costs.Altogether a disappointing experience.

From t-shirts, to hats, posters, banners and jackets Chris and his team have been a delight to deal with - last minute changes not an issue - can't recommend highly enough. Keep up the good work.
