Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, good selection of tools to buy and rent, lots of DIY and gardening materials as well as Calor gas bottles for exchange. Highly recommended.

This place has all the bits you need. They have started to do more gardening stuff and plants now! Calor gas etc and a bit of joinery. What more could you want from a local DIY store? The guys are very friendly and knowledgeable too!

I decided to redo the outside of my house after 10 years of neglect. It involved replacing a flat roof, replacing a load of rotten timber and gutters and repainting. Jack and Tony gave me great advice throughout this project and supplied materials at a great (B&Q and Screwfix-beating} price. Just fantastic. Cannot recommend too highly.

Great hardware shop for some DIY I was doing in my flat! Very friendly knowledable staff has nice selection of tools and painting supplies on premises, will order in anything not in stock. So few of these shops around these days was glad to find it instead of trekking to one of those mega stores.

Such a shame, usually really nice customer service in the Actual shop. Needed a quote for some joinery work. Didn't show up on two occasions, due to hangovers, both with no courtesy calls to fake an illness.
