Purchased online with Wai Yee Hong for the first time and very happy with their service. Prices are competitive and good variety of stock. I have limited Chinese grocery options in my area and this was far better than many other online retailers e.g. Amazon. For example, instead of buying 1 pack of fermented black beans from Amazon, I could buy 4 for the same price from Wai Yee Hong.My order was delivered promptly and with DPD tracked delivery. The delivery was extremely reasonably priced - £1.99 for orders over £35. Everything packaged well so all items arrived intact, and in all recyclable material. Would definitely use again.

What a huge and varied selection of Asian produce and at amazingly low prices! My uni student daughter heard about it, so we went to stock up for her and ended up buying a load for us as well... we came away with a trolley full of stuff that you don't find elsewhere. I liked that instead of placing your shopping into bags, they reused the boxes that the goods were delivered to the store in

Very clean and well organised. Everything I haven't been able to find in other Asian supermarkets, I found here! I even found soup dumplings, which I have been looking for. Staff were very polite and the pricing is perfect, not overpriced.

I regularly shopped here when still living in the vicinity and it was great -- lots of choices, spacious area, easy-to-find items, fuss-free check out process. When we moved away, i just decided to order online and avail of their delivery services. I was not disappointed. Communication with the customer service staff was clear and got a fast response about a query via email. Their delivery service is good too. The most impressive part? The packaging! Not only did they use biodegradable, recycled materials. The bottled items were packed and cushioned very thoroughly. Well done! You will not get any broken bottles with that kind of packing skills. Excellent job!

Provide a wide range of products for Asian foods. Price of course is more expensive than local supermarkets due to demand and supply. Staff are polite and friendly. Comparing Wanahong, price is cheaper here hence another option for those who like Asian foods.

Amazing store, very friendly staff. The store was exceptionally clean and the produce was fresh. Definitely worth travelling to Bristol to shop there. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant unfortunately. But I bet it's fantastic looking at everything else. I will go again for sure.Update... I went back to the store and this time I went to the restaurant. The food was amazing, and simply outstanding. In a few moments being there it took us back to Hong Kong. Everything was just simply delicious.

Asian foods heaven! This supermarket offers a great deal of selection from Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, or Thailand ingredients, and snacks. Everything that you might never thought you needed and more. There were enormous options of both fresh and frozen items. The aisles were full of rare delicacies and treats. I loved coming here for the Chinese New Year celebration as well. There were lots of activities both outside and inside the supermarket. There were lots of food stalls, and the best part was the dragon dance.
