We used them for shopping our daily stuff a few times up to just before lockdown, not going there any more as rude butcher, price doubled soon they had a few extra customer in panic buy, chicken breast £8.00 per kilo!! Also they refused to give me a clear answer when I asked them if they sell defrosted meat or not as fresh.

Used to be decent store. Prices rocketed last few months, service not as good as used to be, cheated me out of student discount on £50+ purchases lately once told we don't do anymore when they did & also yesterday presented my card which was accepted but didn't realise discount wasn't applied till I got home & checked receipt again! Very disappointing & sly!Will start using the halal shop across the road

They have want I want that I don't get in the normal supermarkets. Price is good. Some staff are polite but one is serving me on the till while talking on his mobile I am not impressed.

Absolutely trash, every time I’ve come into this shop. I’m unfortunately served by staff who are unhelpful and unfriendly Terrible service all the time sadly. Today I was looking in the wrong place for an item I asked (because he just pointed towards the back of the shop) he saw me looking in the wrong place and then started to raise his voice at me. My advice is…if you really need to go in there, don’t ask any questions.

This is the only place for hot chillies that I know of in Lincoln. However after being blatantly cheated on the scale several times, I am never going back again.
