First Class ServiceI cannot rate Clox on Time highly enough. I visited the shop for an enquiry into fixing two items with my two young children and dog in tow. The children were showed around the shop and loved looking at the Victorian Pocket watches, the dog received a dog treat!We were quoted £20 to fix my childs favourite musical box, we also left a pocket watch to have a new battery fitted. The items were fixed within 3 working days and the total cost was well under what we were initially quoted.Thank you so much.

I eventually found this wonderful place after a long search to have my Maurice Lacroix watch successfully repaired at a very reasonable cost by Graham. Both he and Debbie are dedicated to the repair and maintenance of all things horological!!!I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

So helpful supportive and professional. My elderly father has a very sentimental cuckoo clock. Graham collected it, repaired and came to his home to hang it. Great communication. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Not only have they fixed / serviced complex wristwatches, but also a 1820s longcase clock and now a Regency French gilt clock. The longcase is as accurate as a quartz clock - pretty good for a bit of simple clockwork 200 years old.Debbie is a superb horologist and perfectionist, so don't expect it back in a hurry - it'll be ready when it's right, not before!

I popped into Clox on time just to have a new battery installed in my watch. Graham not only did that but cleaned the metal strap so it shone beautifully. I have also had excellent follow up service" from a great clock repair they carried out a couple of years ago."

Brought my watch in for a service and now running great. Everyone was really friendly and I got my watch back earlier than expected. Will be bringing other watches here in the future!

I bought a very old and battered watch to Clox on Time and despite it probably needing to go in a binthey managed to get it working and spent many hours painstakingly cleaning it so it could be worn again. They understood the emotional attachment and went above an beyond to get it going. I am immensely grateful and would absolutely recommend them for their expertise.

I took a broken but much loved Smiths Noddy clock in to see if it could be repaired. Not only has it been repaired and restored wonderfully, (despite the fact that it was designed to be disposable); I also received an interesting history about the origin of my timepiece. Thank you so much for your patience and hard work. A definite 5 star service..

Great service, really helpful people!They were able to mend my daughter's precious watch that another company said wouldn't work again. I also had a new strap fitted on my watch.Very reasonably priced. I cannot rate Clox on time highly enough. Super customer service so friendly. I would recommend them every time.
