We experienced a highly professional service by the team at the Tunbridge Wells showroom and during the delivery of our two sofas.We received sound, detailed advice about the design of the sofas and the huge range of fabrics. The team offered us plenty of options and were able to answer all our questions. There was no pressure; we were encouraged to take our time to reach a decision.A bit of a delay in the availability of the fabric, but the result was well worth the wait.On the day of delivery we were kept informed of the schedule and great care was taken.We are extremely pleased with the quality of our sofas; they are very comfortable and have been much admired by family and friends.

From our initial visit to their showroom in Tunbridge Wells to the delivery of our two sofas last week we were very happy with the service we received from Sofas & Stuff. Their range of fabrics was huge and it's never easy selecting one on the basis of a small square. However, when the finished sofas arrived we were very pleased with how they looked. Super comfortable too! So, well done Sofas & Stuff.

Absolutely love our sofa and footstool which we have almost a year now. We went with sofas and stuff as the choice of fabric was so good and we could have it on the style we wanted. The showroom allowed us to try out the different styles and we actually changed our mind because of this versus what we had chosen online, same with the fabric. Delivery was excellent and they were really considerate of our home as it was awkward given we went for a large sofa. We would definitely recommend and use them again.

Really enjoyable shopping experience. Amazing selection of fabrics and some great styles of sofas. The staff were helpful and obviously appreciate the quality of their products. A friend was pushing me to get a neutral plain sofa so, being counter-suggestible, I got the Floral Linen Carcassonne Laurel for the Madehurst sofa and snuggler. Really pleased with the result.

Sofa surfing now has a different meaning for me. Not being able to see and try out sofas in the showrooms, I spent many hours looking through various websites for designs that I liked. Once I contacted Sofas & Stuff the staff were very helpful and I managed to have at least two video tours of the showroom to not only see what the furniture looked like from all angles but also the consistency of the different types of seat cushions which was important for me. They also helped me find and order the exact fabric that I needed which wasn’t on their standard list of fabrics. Communication via telephone was not a problem. Altogether a very pleasant experience given that I was not able to visit the showroom. Staff were very helpful and delivery went without a hitch. I love the furniture. Thank you.

We recently needed a new sofa for medical reasons. My wife had a mild stroke last December, and began to experience difficulty getting up for our elderly, rather low-slung one. A physiotherapist advised us that we should get rid of it and buy one with a much higher seat (and certain other requirements.)We found Sofas and Stuff on the Web, and drove up to Tunbridge Wells to see what they could offer. We were surprised to find what a wide range of sofas, of many different types, they carry in-store.We we taken in hand by Ashley Abbott, the showroom manager, who proved extremely helpful. She found us a very handsome sofa which met all of our requirements, and which fitted well into the decor of our existing living-room as well. We also needed to request certain significant alterations to the model in the showroom (longer seat, higher back, &c.) and these not only turned out to be possible, but were duly carried out to our entire satisfactionUnfortunately supply difficulties arose over the fabric we chose for the cover. These were in no way the fault of Sofas and Stuff, and were dealt with immediately they arose by Ashley and her colleagues, who replied instantly and helpfully, not only to phone calls but to e-mails.Finally, there was a problem with delivery. We inhabit a three-storey town-house with a narrow staircase, which meant that our existing sofa had to go out, and the new one in, over a balcony ten feet from the ground. Ashley found us people who could do this for a modest additional charge, and the delivery went through without a hitch and with astonishing rapidity, using only a ladder and three strong men.Altogether, it has been a real pleasure dealing with Sofas and Stuff throughout the several months that have elapsed from order to delivery. It is an extremely efficient firm, with an excellent product, and the constant availability and attention to detail we experienced deserve the highest praise. We are very pleased indeed that we discovered them. I wanted to say how pleased we were with our new Sofa and chairs.After ordering we had to wait longer than we thought for them to arrive, all the time I was wondering if we’d picked the right sofa and the right colour (Romo Linara Marmo) was it too light, was the sofa comfortable etc etc, but the wait was worth it.How wrong was I to worry, as soon as the very nice delivery guys brought the first piece in straight away I was in love, it looksperfect in our lounge, couldn't have picked a better sofa and chairs, so comfortable, so much so I fall asleep every night whilewatching tv, even my husband commented on it, saying how comfortable it is.Our experience with Sofas and Stuff was wonderful, from the start when we walked into the Tunbridge Well store, everyone was friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.We couldn’t make our minds up on the first trip and returned again the following week, the assistants did not mind at all,nothing was too much trouble for them.I would definitely recommend Sofas and Stuff, do not hesitate you will not be disappointed.
