Seller defrauded me on eBay. I returned purchase in full as it was not as described. They claimed I only returned 1 of 4 boxes. Refunded half order? Those Maths don’t add up! All for 8 quid, you’ve got negative feedback on multiple platforms and eBay investigating you. Worth it?

For some reason they don't prescribe medication after they receive the prescription. I have to keep begging for my medicine and for my daughters inhalers.As I approached the lady that I would change my chemist she was very rude about it. Poor customer service and very unprofessional.

Absolutely amazing the staff are so nice and will go out their way to try make sure you have everything you need. Really happy with this pharmacy i alwaus feel like my health is in safe hands and that i matter. So big thank you to all appex staff means so much to me all you do for me zz
