Waited 4 days to get anti virals for shingles which they just aren't getting in

Rudest people I have ever met. They ask you to wait for half an hour, then an hour later inform you that they don't have enough of the meds you need and 'can we owe you some'? They all need an attitude adjustment

HOPELESS BORDERING ON DANGEROUS. my partner had other prescription mixed in with hers. I was given 6 reminders in 6 days to collect a prescription when I called they couldn't find it. .EDIT One month later and its getting worse The wrong tablets (blood pressure meds instead of cancer meds ) were given by mistake. I'll SAY IT AGAIN INCOMPETENT bordering on DANGEROUS. Whatch out.

I left my repeat prescriptions with them in the beginning on the understanding that they would, they stated, organise the request and collection for me from the GP as I have always had at my previous address with Boots. Blurton Pharmacy have consistently let me down with this. Constant excuses about van drivers, staff not handling the paperwork correctly, don't understand why etc etc Behind the counter they are always cheerful and polite but obviously this does not extend to behind the scenes efficiency.UPDATE efficiency is much improved lately. The pharmacy now informs of prescriptions being ready by text message and is always on time, even early occasionally. Much better.UPDATEJan 20. Did not last, All back to inefficient normality. No information transmitted due to 'computer problems' definitely considering alternatives now.

Always get my prescriptions from here since it is literally opposite my doctors. Very covid aware, and always neat and tidy, the staff are mostly helpful, but do occasionally make mistakes with my repeats.

The staff are polite and friendly but have to be reminded to text me when my medication is ready if I don't remind them it doesn't happen this has has happened alot and I have missed medication with this incompetence

A friendly pharmacy that serves Blurton community and near by area, staff are well train and welcoming head by the pharmacy Maria. The team will always help to find medication that suit, the can do repeat prescriptions and offer a delivery service...

People only seem to review when they want to moan about something that hasn’t gone their way. I would urge anyone to read the review to not judge the staff at the shop. They are polite and helpful and have always helped me with advice and prescriptions.Shop always looks clean and tidy and well stocked too.

Its ok I was surprised to find 70% alcohol hand sanitizer marked up at £5.50 per bottle and the same bottle from home bargains is only 90p and that is 80% alcohol same bottle pics provided how they get away with £4.60 mark up on that on that is ridiculously shocking tbf.
