I always go to Noreen hair and and beauty Salon. she always gives her clients a lot of respect and alot of love. She has very effordable prices for all treatments. She is very professional and always has offers for her popular treatment on her clients request. Tameena Ail's accusations are just not making sense and people should support Noreen as there's is no salon in Luton to have such lovable, cheerful owner of the Salon.

After doing a fair amount of research, I decided to get eyebrow microblading. By far the best decision I made going to Noreen for this. Noreen has an exceptional eye for detail and is all about the natural look, as opposed to obvious (fake) shaping (creating boxes). The difference to my eyebrows, which previously were very spacey, is nothing other than exceptional. The price was reasonable, (at the time I had the treatment, the cheapest in Luton). Highly recommended for a truly natural look. Noreen listened so what I wanted and 100% delivered to the ask!

I had a hydra facial with mesotherapy with Noreen, for £80 instead of the normal £120. I bought a package of 4 treatments. Very happy with results, my skin feels amazing!!!

I never had my eyebrows threaded until I went to Noreen who gave me the reassurance it was painless, and it was.I attend regularly for eyebrows threading, upper lip waxing and bikini waxing.Noreen is such a lovely person, very welcoming and makes you feel at ease. I’ve been going to her for a few weeks to help the texture on my skin- amazing results!!! So happy!!!! I would not choose to go to anyone else for treatments. Noreen as a person is so lovely, kind and polite and so complementary everything you want when receiving any kind of treatments. Her prices are unreal literally quarter the price of anywhere else and much nicer service if I’m honest I went to Champneys and paid over £100 for a facial and was very disappointed.

I can't thank Noreen enough for recommending the wedding facial package. The results were absolutely amazing! My face was polished and clear, and I received so many compliments on my skin. Booked Noreen for bridal mehndi for our niece as a present ( paid deposit charging £300For this service) Noreen had sent another lady to do her mehndi. The mehndi did not look bridal it looked like a 6 year old had done this. Half way through the mehndi had finished the lady called Noreen to tell her as the feet still needed doing. Noreen replied back and said just use any mehndi they have at home( if you are offering a service you need to make sure you are stocked up ) at this point the bride had asked the lady to stop and use stencils as the mehndi she was doing was very thick. My sister who booked this mehndi artist through Noreen called noreen to let her know we wasn’t happy with the service and the bride was really upset. Noreen very rudely sent my sister voice notes saying she’s upset with the feedback and that she will no longer be doing my sisters hair and makeup for the wedding ( which my sister also paid deposit approx £105) she has blocked my sister taken the money and not giving the service.she had sent my sister a voice note saying she wasn’t going to be doing her hair and makeup tomorrow. This lady is unprofessional does not offer the service she promises her clients. She forces you to pay ridiculous amount deposit and cancels on you last min. I will be posting the pictures of the henna done on the bride and the voice notes from Noreen on social media
