Great service but the website is really slow. Please do something about it

I’m very disappointed with this place. After spending A lot of money there in the last year I ran up to go and grab some bits for my pet shop before they close for lockdown and was not allowed in due to not having a mask. I explained I’m severely asthmatic and exempt and was told without a card I cannot come in. I have not heard of any card before not through running my business or through my doctors who put me on the shielding list. I’ll be now taking my business online.

We are very pleased with the service received from Robert May. We were in correspondence with Shafiq, who was very helpful in arranging for us to borrow a garment rail for our Annual Summer Wellbeing festival. The rail was a perfect addition to our prelove stall, which sold second hand items inn support of our charity. Thank you very much!
