Very poor customer service. The car we bought from them had faults that weren't mentioned, it wasn't valeted as promised, and they didn't send the necessary documents to the DVLA to have the vehicle put in our name, despite promising us they would when chased. We tried to do this ourselves only for the DVLA to tell us that the green slip they'd given us was not the latest one issued. Dodgy as hell.

I Bought a Kia Sorento from this garage and the customer service has been second to none. AVOID! Alarm bells were ringing as the owner, old man Mansour seemed a little too nice. Went ahead and made the purchase. Found out car has a major hybrid fault. Messed me about for months. Only 'repaired' the problem once I threatened legal action. Still not fixed all issues. Will have to take further.

I had wonderful buying experience with M&G Motors. I was looking for MPV for my family and chose Toyota Estima. Mr Mansoor (the owner) was very courteous, he gave us a lot of time to check the vehicle, do test drive and at the end gave us very good deal. The vehicle has been running absolutely fine and we are very happy with it. We would highly recommend M&G Motors Ltd.

Recently bought a VW polo from M&G Motors and from start to finish they were very professional and open about the car, took it for a test drive and they readily answered all questions I had.. really friendly and made buying a car a very easy process and went the extra mile to sort everything out for me and even delivered the car after a fresh MOT.Excellent family business, will definitely use again in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for a car. They were a pleasure to purchase from.

I bought a BMW 535d f10. Good price, got a really good car, had some issue with steering, got money for repair from seller, as we had that deal, so I'm really happy, can't tell nothing bad. Recommend this trader, it's not a big trader but you can buy a good car there, just keep watching or visit them.

Bought a Honda civic type r from here recently. As described and was serviced before I picked it up. Gave me a fair price for my other car. They were willing to hold the car for a couple weeks after I bought it, which was a bonus. Overall good service from the people here. Would buy from here again.
