I’ve got to say, from the student nurses to the senior staff, mum and myself had a great experience here and very thankful. Mum is terrified of the dentist but they were all amazing with her. Thank you guys x

Many thanks to the team who provided care and expertise today for my extraction. Ms Wilson was very gentle and skilled and, most importantly, quick! My nerves mean I have forgotten everyone's names but please know I am so grateful for your care and kindness.

After LONG wait for an appointment someone phoned me, 6 months after assesement appointment , but I have no idea what they wanted. I highly recommend to hire some native speaker when its about phone calls. My english is not bad but I couldnt understand a word from an operator, also after asking few times to repeat, the person was rude... no other attempts to contact me. I hope I havent missed an opportunity.

Excellent receptionist even thanked me for talking respectfully to them. Lovely people. Worth so much more than they deserve. I wish I knew the dentist name as she was lovely and only 6 months from passing out. She was lovely and so gentle and reassuring. So glad to be under her care. The extraction team were amazing I wish I knew his name as he and his senior was amazing. Please can someone put me on to them so I can personally thank them again. I was in so much pain

I learned this lesson many years ago.Get yourself registered with a dentist BEFORE YOU NEED ONE.Don't wait until your teeth are hanging out then whinge and moan about the state of the service if they can't help precisely when it suits you.I've got no sympathy for anyone who is slating the system on here.I wonder if any of you have trouble getting a new iphone, or your hair and nails done whenever you like.

I have been well looked after here by helpful friendly competent staff, including when I was unexpectedly unwell. My most recent work was a filling without anaesthetic - it was done with care and didn’t hurt.Note: Quite a lot of people come in wanting to be seen immediately with a dental problem, however they don’t do walk-in appointments. You need to dial NHS 111. John on reception patiently explains this many times every day!

I tried to make an appointment in February 2022. I had to wait for a year to get one. When I went to my appointment in February 2023 I said I had pain in my tooth. I was asked numerous questions. I said Friday would be better for appointments as I could leave work early and not have to book it as holiday. During the questions the assistant called a supervisor over who was using his mobile phone. He seemed irritated he had been interrupted. I left and was confused as nothing had been don for the pain in my tooth. I then received another appointment which I wasn't told about. It was on Monday morning so I had to book it as holiday despite the fact I had said Friday would be better. The person I saw even wrote it down. I again mentioned my tooth as they hadn't done anything about it last time. He looked and said it looked like decay. They coated my teeth in purple liquid and told me about brushing etc. I had my teeth decaled which wasn't a nice experience as both of the assistants kept complaining they couldn't have the suction thing and the instrument in my mouth at the same time. The suction thing wasn't sucking up any water because of the way the girl was holding it. but still nothing was done about my tooth so I asked why and was told they would leave it to preserve the tooth. I don't understand how it would preserve it. I was told I would get another appointment and I haven't had one. I was told they would see how my tooth was and could decide if I need a filling on the next visit. That was about a couple of months ago. I called the dental hospital and was told I had been discharged or closed which is odd as I was told I would get another appointment. I am disgusted with the service I received. Especially as one of the assistants was insistent I fill out an online survey to say how well I thought he had done. I would have been happier if he had resolved my issue instead of being pushed into doing a survey. I still have pain in my tooth.
