Oakleigh Dental Surgery

I cannot believe anyone would employ such a rude receptionist. After an argument with her, I managed to get my first appointment. I am prepared to spend a considerable amount on dental care, but will take my business elsewhere. Obviously, Oakliegh Dental do NOT care about their patients.

Like most people I hate going to the dentist, but I can’t speak highly enough about Oakleigh Dental and the care they give. My dentist Jo is amazing, such a great dentist and a lovely caring person. Would highly recommend them to all.

The receptionist at the surgery is extremely rude and talks over you and has no people skills.There is no excuse for rudeness, she should make you feel at ease and feel welcome at the surgery.I have been with this surgery for approx 30 years and today I cancelled my appointment because of her and her rudeness and I am going elsewhere.No apology.

Absolutely brilliant. Went in as a nervous patient and was greeted by the lovely, helpful receptionist. Then I went in to see Dr Bhatia who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and reassuring. Thank you

The receptionist is utterly rude and cold hearted. Who on earth would treat a patient knowing they are having chemotherapy, with urgent and potentially serious symptoms, with absolutely no empathy whatsoever? Shameful. And this is not the first time there has been such a terrible experience with this front of house representative. Also entirely paper based records, which surely cannot be secure or reliable. Whole heartedly not recommended.

I came here just for a filling since my usual dentist was too far. Never again.When my dentist showed me the x-ray, our jaws dropped: half my tooth was filling and there was a considerable gap to the next one; never this happened in my mouth, so primitive or amateur.Also, the extra advice I was given was alarmingly inaccurate as it was not a real professional talking.If you become a dentist, please learn first to preserve your clients' teeth since they don't grow back like hair does, for example. And make sure you are interested enough in this career as to assess well and give the right advice.

I have been going here for over 20 years with my 3 children and have always had excellent service. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly. I moved half an hour drive away but chose to stay with this practise.

I've only had positive experiences here for our family. Reception fitted us in promptly when son chipped his tooth on the last day of holiday, putting our minds at rest. We've seen 2 different dentists over the years and they have both been friendly and put everyone at ease. Kids are growing up with a healthy view of going to the dentist. I've managed to avoid having any fillings since coming here and always get good care tips to keep problems at bay. Thanks Oakleigh.

Rude receptionist divided surgery you don't feel welcomed and treated like a mate not a client.Dentist was also rude not making any eye contact no talk just ignorance.If I was the owner I would manage your receptionist out
