HBTC has helped me out tremendously, helping me acquire a job in as little as 3 days, an apprenticeship aswell which are hard to come by at this time of year. I couldn’t have asked for better service, talking to a polite worker over the phone who got to work straight away to assist me in securing this apprenticeship. I will be recommending to everyone I know who is trying to secure a job or apprenticeship, as HBTC evidently for me is the best in helping you take the first steps on the way to making your aspirations come true.

Filling out the application was a straightforward process and I had heard back the next day. They then supported me with setting up an interview quickly and was constantly in touch with me throughout the process, offering advice and support. After attending my interview they had gotten back to me the same day with the good news I was successful and spoke with me about the remaining steps of the process.

I initially applied for this apprenticeship on Indeed not thinking I would have a chance at a qualification again, after leaving college and not completing my A'levels. However HBTC have really changed that around and have been so supportive throughout the whole process and interviewing. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for more opportunities than just going straight into employment. I can't thank the team enough, and I am so excited to start!

I initially started my apprenticeship with HBTC in July this year when I applied for a customer supply role. I truly think HBTC, is a 5 star, supportive and friendly service that provide high-quality teaching, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering an apprenticeship into their future career. My tutor Steve Rackley, is an excellent tutor who always ensures he provides helpful feedback and is always up for discussion. My Thursday lessons are certainly a pleasure to look forward to and I am grateful to continue my apprenticeship with HBTC.

I applied for an apprenticeship on Indeed and immediately got contacted by HBTC with useful information and massive help. They gave me regular checkups including emails and phone calls and helped me make my chances of being successful with the apprenticeship 100% higher. They provide everything you need to know and all the help you can get. Mya in particular played a massive part in my now job! Thank you everyone.

I started my apprenticeship 3 months ago with HBTC and have just finished all my online lessons with my Tutor Steve, the lessons are very interactive, informative and well detailed making sure I understand the aims of the topic. I like how the lessons are structured each week with research tasks being sent out before the lesson which enables me to have a bit of an understanding of the subject before the lesson. Overall everything has been great!

For people who are new and don't know whether this is the right apprenticeship for you, if you will be accepted. One short answer is YES no matter where you are from! I have just finished my lessons with Steve and let me tell you , he was great , going out of boundaries to make sure that you understand the topic , sending reminders, very approachable person that is able to help you with everything! Many thanks Steve! You were Great ! And the people there were making just the right atmosphere for learning.

We took on an apprentice from Hull Business ( historically we have all been apprentices) We find the process works well to mold the person into a valued member of your workplace and they learn how to do the job as required by each individual organisation. During this apprentice my learner had a change in tutor. The new tutor did everything in her power to assist me with issues, concerns and help encourage the learner to improve and complete her apprentiship. This person deserves a medal as it hasn't always been an easy task !!

I am currently on my apprenticeship with HBTC and have not long finished the lesson part of the course. My tutor Steve was extremely helpful throughout the lessons and available to contact when I needed him. All our information and tasks for the lessons were sent out in advance giving us and insight and understanding into what our lesson entailed for that month. The lessons themselves were structured and informative, involving all the attendees. Thank you so much Steve you have helped me so much and I have noticed my progression within my role.
