If I could give more I would all the staff are amazing from kitchen cleaning care staff day/night even caretaker I could not thank them enuf thay are angels and go beyond thank you all for taking care of my grandad and for looking after me the past 5 days thank you from the bottom of my hart

A relative has been cared for here recently after discharge from hospital following a severe stroke. The care she has received has been exemplary, and I cannot thank the staff enough for their empathy and professionalism.

Dad has been in Croxteth since 11th OctoberHe has had lovely care n staff are very hands on and really care for residents, spotlessly clean & his room was newly decorated beautifully.He has settled very well with constant encouragement from all staff.I can't praise it enough and is lovely to visitIt has a buzz about itAll staff who work there from admin, to cleaning team, to care nursing staff ,to kitchen staff are wonderfulThank you so much
