Lasitha is a great yoga teacher and as well as a masseuse. I got a neck, shoulder and back massage and 30min flew by, I felt relaxed and relieved from my stiff shoulders. Would definitely recommend to get a back massage at Amara Yoga.

I have had a number of foot reflexology sessions with Lasitha. I really felt the benefits from this therapy and found Lasitha to be very professional at her job. She is also excellent at yoga and massage. I would highly recommend her.

Had neck,back and shoulder massage followed with Reflexology. Would highly recommend both treatments. Had reflexology years ago but a session with Lasitha was just first class. Will definitely be back for both again.

Foot reflexology with lositha on Saturday.It was very relaxing and soothing. The hour flew by so quickly. Lositha is very dedicated to all her work. This is from Kate. I also attend lositha's yoga class which is excellent.
