I went there for my collection order which I placed online. I was amazed by the service I got there. Staff was so friendly and I got my order immediately without waiting.Highly recommended place to have a pizza in the town. Keep it up! Cheers

Horrible experience, rude staff, paid for an order two days ago that never arrived. I called the restaurant asking if it was coming as I’ve been waiting for over an hour, and they said it was not in the system. I’ve asked if I could give them my order number or other info to get it done, the guy over the phone started laughing and hung up?!Called again and no one picked up. Kept calling and the same guy couldn’t care less, just said to write to customer service to get a refund. But I wanted my order he said “no” and hung up again. This is not how you should speak to your customers, literally this guy don’t deserve his job.I still have to receive my refund after 2 days as the customer service wanted PROOF (wth) from the restaurant, which hasn’t been given yet. I don’t know what to say. I paid for something I didn’t get, I’ve been given the worst customer service and still no refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH!!!!

Ordered £100+ of pizzas the eta was 12:45 - 13:00 after numerous phone calls and being told it was going to be 30 minutes late (at 13:00) we waited till 13:30 and rang again to be told it would be 10 more minutes, the pizzas finally arrived at 13:50 with only half of the order as the other half was forgotten in the shop..After speaking with someone in the store i was told he could send the 3 that were in the rack, I asked if the full order could be redone and sent out within 30 minutes or i was going to cancel the order.Full order arrived at 14:30 with 3 fresh pizzs & 3 reheated izzas which would have been cooked for the original order about 1 hour before final delivery.Will not be ordering again...

Rude and disgusting attitude from the delivery driver. Demanding where I am when I have told him I'm in the house waiting for him. He then says I must come and find him because he can't find anywhere to park and he can't see the house. I am disabled and ordered because I can't get out the house as I'm having a bad pain day. The driver then told me not to raise my voice after he called me Irate and shouting and told me he will just take the pizza back if I don't come out !Horrible and unprofessional service.Judging by the 2.5 stars ( wish I saw this first ) I would avoid at all costs.....
