Recently sold my car through carwow to Howard Banks. They were very fair, friendly and helpful from start to finish. Prompt collection of our car. Would highly recommend.

Bought a car from Howard Banks cars, car is absolutely beautiful and in great condition, communication was amazing Alex was great before car arrived. I purchased the car to be delivered at home, however communication after delivery was terrible, i did not receive my V5C form i than had to reapply myself after waiting 6 weeks. When i called Howards, either no one picks up the call or it goes to answer machine. Once car has been delivered i feel like the company than don't want to deal with any enquiries or know you. This is the part they lack in and need to improve. I was also told car has three months warranty, no documents was provided for that too. The bonnets cover was also missing and one tyre skin was scraped upon deliver which i noticed after sadly. If you are getting a car delivered my advice will be, thoroughly check the car and ensure all documents they stated is provided too.

Just driven 4.5 hours home, after an 8 hour train journey down amd boy was it worth it!Everybody I've met, or spoken with has been extremely polite and knowledgeable. I travelled down from NE Lancashire, to pick up a Landrover in superb condition, supplied as if I'd spent its original price, at an LR dealer.I will be buying my next car from Howard Banks too. Definitely a case of the stars aligning finding this gem.of a dealer.Great stock, great knowledge, no hard sell, but all the support, and facilities of a dealer many times the size, but family run, so still a very personal service.I cannot think of a single negative!

Just bought a vehicle from this dealership, and the experience was spot on, they did a black cloth reveal on the car, which felt special. Everyone was so friendly, Elis was excellent, got me all the information I needed about the car, car was spot on and drove amazing! They also helped me with taxing the vehicle and also with insurance, providing me 5 day drive away insurance for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this family run dealership to anyone looking to purchase a quality used car.
