The phone service was absolutely outstanding! I spoke to Sam, who was extremely thorough and provided excellent customer service.I booked an appointment for the next day and the engineer,Babak, arrived promptly.Once again, He explained things thoroughly and successfully diagnosed and repaired my washing machine. I am extremely pleased with the level of service I received!

Total scam!!!!I contacted this company to fix my dishwasher, their technician charged me £100 just to come out and confirm that there was indeed a problem with a specific part. To make matters worse, they advertised a cheaper price, but added VAT on top when the technician arrived. Despite the assurance that replacing the machine would not come with any additional cost (maybe that’s why they conveniently disappeared when I tried to follow up.) The staff was extremely rude and uninterested in ordering the necessary part. After two weeks of waiting, I had to call them to inquire about the repair status, only to be told that the part was on backorder and would take a month to arrive. Three weeks later, I followed up again, but the person I spoke to said they would check and never got back to me. Overall, this has been a complete waste of my time and money. This company is a TOTAL SCAM———————————————————After waiting for a response from this company and realizing that it was actually a scam, I contacted another company to repair my machine. They were very professional, scheduled the repair for three days later, and completed the job in just 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any contact from this company as they’re saying, and they never said the piece wasn’t available, they said they had ordered it!! and I'm not the only one who has had this issue. I've noticed many similar comments from other customers. And and based on the rating it is clear this company isn’t trustworthy, and I'm writing this review to help others avoid the same mistake that I made.

I strongly advise you not to use this company. Worst customer service ever experienced. The guy on the phone was the rudest and hang up on us twice. If you are reading this please don’t quit your day job. CS isn’t your calling mate.

Tried to book for a repair in the Barbican but they have no engineers in that area". They need to fix the website which explicitly says they do. Incidentally

The first time I tried to book a diagnostic visit on the online system they didn't turn up. I got no confirmation the next time, but at least someone came. They charged me for that, but when the time came to make the repair they couldn't do it, and I ended up having to go somewhere else and pay for it all over again. Waste of my money and time, as I kept ringing them and they said they would call back and they never did. Avoid this company.

Appalling rude aggresive customer service- before you've even used this company. Its also known as Oven Repairs.This company is evidently notorious for employing such rude aggresive staff both in the office & for doing repairs that these staff must be unhinged!! The owners must also be mad to employ them- unless it's they themselves who are the rude aggresive ones!! We never used them of course- no-one else should either. Shame this website makes you give a star of some sort!

We had a wonderful experience with the company. Our engineer was polite, thorough, and neat. He diagnosed the issue with our fridge very quickly and was able to fix the problem. We would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

*Update: In response to this company’s reply to my review, for anyone who thinks I am making this up, please go and read all the other 1 star reviews. There is a very clear pattern of poor engineering service and even more horrendous customer service being provided. Note how many people mention being hung up on. No doubt any 5 star reviews have been bought. My partner called after you swore at me and hung up on me. My partners review is based on his call with you, my review is based on my call with you. 2 entirely separate incidents. I would be happy to receive the recording of my phone call with you, where you 100% told me to f#%k off. Any offensive behaviour on my part was only in direct response to your own initial, abysmal behaviour.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The review I left on their website has mysteriously disappeared. If I could rate zero, I would. Our job has been open for almost a month with ongoing appalling “customer service”. This morning when I called to query conflicting times for the engineers attendance, the “customer service” agent just cancelled the job without my request to do so, and when I called out the terrible “customer service” I was told to “f#%k off” and hung up on. Case in point on the “customer service”. Absolutely atrocious.

Awful service. They refused to explain the process to me despite me clearly stating I was confused and didn't understand. Refused to answer any questions or provide a quote. Hung up on me multiple times despite me being kind and courteous.
