Great service. After calling for a quote and providing details over the phone, Fraser was able to quote for the repair or replacement of our lock. He attended within a couple of hours and was able to fix the lock we had, this saving us a bit of money. Professional friendly service. Would call again if needed.

Fraser was so helpful with helping me get a spare car key. Turns out my car had lots of issues regarding the radio not being the original which messed with the electrics. He went above and beyond and I’ve now got my key sorted. Would highly recommend, lovely guy all round.

We had the best experience with this company. Fraser came within a very short time on Saturday, as we needed to exchange both our locks on front door as we suddenly couldn't open it. He was very polite and very easy going, stayed longer to make sure all is working brilliantly, and went extra mile as he adjusted all so that the door opens very easy now, no need to push against etc. Very happy with this work, was reasonable price as well, and would recommend to anyone, thanks again Fraser!

Fraser was so great. I’ve been having problems with my door for ages and he came and sorted it quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and compassionate and kept me informed all the way. Locked myself out late late night, called Inns Locksmiths and he arrived within 20 minutes. VERY good at his job did not use a drill instead he was able to open the door using other tools which made the whole process much easier as no locks needed to be changed.Once we could get back into the house he very politely asked to see some id and proof of address which we provided. Overall 10 out 10 service i would highly recommend as his price is very competitive and his service amazing

Fraser came out of his way late on a Saturday night to help replace my front door lock. He also made adjustments to the front door and garden doors so that the doors opened and closed more smoothly and quieter compared to before. Thanks for all your help! Highly recommend.

Found Inns on web. Chose as local firm. Fraser was available quickly. My elderly father had locked himself out. We needed a new lock, also asked Fraser to return to install a key-safe. Both jobs were undertaken with a smile and professionally. I would recommend Fraser.
