Haven't been to the dentist in over 4 years due to a previous bad experience and James eased my worries and dealt with my treatment quickly, efficiently and without pain. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially those who have had unpleasant past experiences. Thanks again to the whole team.

I could not speak more highly of this practise I wish I could leave a ten star review! I had an accident where I damaged my front teeth and Dr James was so extremely helpful and nice, you can tell he really cares. I only had my accident two weeks ago but I'm already feeling so much better in myself thanks to James. I've never had such a positive experience with a dentist before we are so lucky to have found him. If you need any dental work done there is no better place to go.

I recently underwent an Invisalign, bonding and whitening treatment with Dr James Grandfield at the practice. I can only describe the experience as perfect. I am just coming to the end of my Invisalign treatment and would highly recommend Grand Valley Dental without hesitation. James and his staff have been fantastic from start to finish. During each and every appointment James explained every step of the process thoroughly and was always at the end of the phone to answer my questions with nothing ever being too much trouble. Despite only needing some minor adjustments, I am absolutely over the moon with the results of my treatment and have received lots of compliments already. James is a perfectionist and I am so so grateful to him for the hard work and dedication that he put in to transform my smile- I only wish that I had done it years ago! What a lovely experience my daughter had today having her first ever dental treatment & appointment at Grand Valley Dental. Anthony Winibank was so attentive & gentle with my 13 year old daughter & completely made her feel at ease. Invisalign...is it worth it? YES!...I am so happy with the outcome of my smile. If you are thinking about Invisalign I would definitely recommend booking an appointment with James at Grand Valley Dental. James' expertise and professionalism was evident from the first consultation. The whole team at Grand Valley Dental have provided exceptional customer service from start to finish! James is so professional and takes the upmost care of his patients. I always feel so well looked after during my visits to Grand Valley and today was no exception. James removed one of my wisdom teeth and although I was extremely nervous, he put me at ease instantly and made sure I was ok during the entire procedure. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth!
