I don't know how we would manage without Floristpro. The system is very easy to use and update and gives us great control over our website.Support from Tim, Sarah, Jorian and the team is always first class and any query is quickly answered (even if it's not strictly something to do with Floristpro).Great product, great service and at a great price. 3 orders placed online, payment taken and confirmation email received. Then advised by Florist Co the florist do not deliver in the areas provided on the order (poorly designed website) simply given 2 websites to go on and re-order. It would have been a real inconvenience for James at Florist Pro to simply transfer my order to another Florist. Customer service at its poorest. Please avoid using them to build your website. The Florist advised me they pay Florist Pro a lot to maintain the site. Florists please spend your hard earned cask elsewhere who understand the word resolve!
