Fiona O'Leary Physiotherapy & Pilates

A Mummy MOT and Postnatal Pilates with Fiona are a must for any new mum. The Mummy MOT is great for identifying any muscle groups that need some work after pregnancy/ birth whilst also giving you the confidence to return to exercise. Postnatal Pilates is a fantastic workout specifically designed for mums. Fiona ensures you are doing all the exercises correctly and is more than happy to entertain the babies whilst you workout. I can’t wait for the next term of Pilates.

I initially saw Fiona for a Mummy MOT in 2020 after being very underwhelmed with my NHS check-up. I have seen her several times since for some 'maintenance' and then support during my second pregnancy and will be going back for my second Mummy MOT later this year. If anything, it's just nice to have a good long chat and be reassured that my broken body isn't actually that broken! Would highly recommend.
