Very pleased with product, workmanship and Tommy who primarily fitted. We had a good choice to choose from and he had to have a little patience while we decided but nothing was too much of a problem. Definitely recommended as a great local business and will be using again.

Fabulous service from the offset. Having found Tommy's details via google, I rang, he was so polite on the phone and did exactly as he said he would do (contact me back) . He visited on a Sunday which shows his work ethics, and we saw all his lovely choices on his van, we soon decided to up grade more than we had originally wanted too , due to the passion from Tommy about his products. He sent a quote the same day, and everything was smooth from start to finish. Our flooring is gorgeous and was one with no bother. Would highly recommend Tommy to anyone, Thank you Tommy.

Recently I had 3 bedrooms carpeted and a hallway and bathroom laid with LVT by Tommy and his team. The carpets were completed at a very good price and in a timely manner to a high standard.Tommy had difficulty getting the Hall tiles I had originally picked and offered an alternative. I really wanted my original choice, so he continued to call his supplier and eventually got the tiles. This delayed the installation. The Hall design was very labour intensive and intricate so Tommy insisted on doing it himself. He working 3 days late into the evening to complete the project. At 2145hrs. on the 23rd December it was done. Tommy then went down on his hands and knees and washed the tiles thoroughly.I cannot praise his professionalism, work ethic too much. I am so happy and will recommend him to everyone. Thank you Tommy.

Tommy is a true professional and master at his craft. From the first time I enquired with Tommy he contacted me back quickly and gave me many options. He explained things in great detail, was passionate about his products and gave me confidence that he was the right person to source and fit my flooring. We are very happy with the work that Tommy and his team carried out, laying LVT in our living room. Tommy delivered samples before the work and issued a very competitive quote promptly. He was very knowledgeable about LVT flooring and looking at his previous work, we were confident that he would do a good job. The work was carried out in a very covid-secure manner. The workmanship was excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to use Tommy again in the future and recommend him to others.

We’re over the moon with our new kitchen and dining room LVT floor. Tommy has great attention to detail and he picked up on things that the other flooring companies who quoted for the job had missed. We ended up with a far more suitable product at a lower price. The instal went exactly to plan and we were really impressed with the thoroughness of the sub floor/screed preparation. The LVT floor went down the following day and was laid to perfection. There was no mess left whatsoever. Tommy and his team were extremely respectful of our home and also very polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We highly recommend them and we certainly won’t go anywhere else for our flooring needs in future.

Tommy did an absolutely amazing job fitting our floor as always! He was very professional and ensured it was perfectly completed. Fantastic, friendly service, simple pricing that was considerably less than every other carpet shop we visited. We were very impressed with the attention to detail, no corners were cut. Tommy and Toby did a fantastic job in fitting our carpets and made sure everything was done right. I highly recommend these guys.

Not a very pleasant experience. I made my stairs and landing with this company, ordered a specific floor one month in advance, they didn’t check it was all correct until the very day of starting work, had to choose one they had in stock and wasn’t my first choice on the same day or otherwise I would have to delay all other works ongoing at my home. This wouldn’t have been too much of an issue but the communication wasn’t good, my husband and I had to reach repeatedly through phone calls as getting a reply by email or text was hopeless, obtaining usually vague answers to our questions. When they finally installed the floors it looked nice initially but one of the steps got loose. Once again, things happen, wouldn’t have been an issue if they had come to fix it as they said they would but after reaching twice for a date for this to take place and not getting an answer I gave up and found an alternative way to fix it myself.Long story short, fitting was nice, but communication was frustrating, not how I treat with people in my workplace definitely.
