For petrol prices this seems to be the cheapest around. Staff service is OK. Good variety of produce, tip for everyone don't go at lunch time. Long queues due to college students. Avoid.

at a time when everyone is feeling the effect of being in lockdown,you would expect to be treated like you would in normal circumstances, well not by some.of the staff in this shop. Telling my partner to get off her mobile while waiting in line outside, who the hell do you think you are?. If I had of been there and you said to do that I would have cut you down to size and upset you like you did to my partner. Get off your high horse and I will be making an official complaint!!!!!

Rude staff no please, no thank you, leave items at back of counter.. You have to stretch past screen to help yourself. Manager does not understand customer service and customer perception of same..

Want to go to a shop with reduced risk of catching covid 19? Then this is the shop for you. The place always smells freshly cleaned/bleached. All staff are wearing face masks. Hand sanister is always topped up and ready to use. The aisles are reasonably wide and well laid out. It also seems to attract a caring customer base who understand how to act during a pandemic (odd ratty exceptions ofcourse) It puts the majority of other fuel/convience stores in Portadown to absolute shame. Avoid school times obviously being so close to the college. The staff should be proud of how they have conducted themselves during the pandemic. You've put yourselves in the firing line, saved lives and gave a safe haven for the older/vunerable population to get their weekly shop without risk of being hospitalised or indeed worse. If all businesses acted like this, we'd all be in a better position.For that, we thank you <35 STARS.*Only thing extra I would like to see would be a 70% alcohol spray bottle sitting on top of each petrol/diesel pump. That way they can be used to keep the pump handles in a safer manner throughout the day. If even 1 in 3 people actually use it, it's still better than nothing :) I can supply free of charge if required.
