I had no problems with this company in regard to the actual servicing of my intruder alarm system. The engineer arrived within the allotted time scale and carried out the service neatly and efficiently. I settled my account of £134 over the phone there and then.It was only later when I looked at my account did I discover that they had put my payment through as £1340.81. I contacted them to get this rectified after telephoning my card issuer. My card issuer confirmed that in cases like this the company can simply reverse the transaction without it ever appearing on my statement. However this did not happen with PIP.When I looked at my account the following morning, the only difference was that they had taken a further £134 out of my account so I had now paid almost £1500 for my service.I phoned them again expecting them to put a refund through straight away and was very surprised by their reaction to this. Your money will be returned in about 5 days they advised as that is how long it takes to get a refund. (Surprisingly they were able to take 2 unauthorised sums immediately).Their account manager phoned me back and seemed surprised that I was less than happy with the situation, but said he would get the M.D. To call me.I was disappointed, but not overly surprised that this did not happen.They have shown a complete disregard to their customer service".I

I have PIP house alarm which I am very happy with so got them to install a cctv system, my wife is a hater of visible cables but the installer did a fantastic job of hiding all cables, very pleased.

Rang up for an engineer at 11pm as alarm was going off. Was put through to a call centre in England. After asking numerous questions they said an engineer would ring back. He did ring back and was so rude as he was woken out of his sleep to ring and sort my alarm!, Never mind my alarm going off and disturbing me!,He actually hung up. Never once have they had to ask for their money for servicing my alarm. Rude and dreadful service from this company.
