I’m disabled and visited this garage to look at new cars.The Motability specialists (unusually there were two) were both friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.We were offered drinks and given plenty of time to sit in each car despite not having an appointment.I ordered a new car from them and would recommend them to anyone.

Matt was fantastic. We part exchanged my car for a new car and had a smooth transition and have takem our new car home today. Went through everything with us, very friendly, communicated with us the whole way through. We went thinking we wouldn't find a car and we found the car perfect for us. Will definitely be using in the future if needed.

I’m always keen to write reviews for those that really deserve it and I must say Nick definitely does! Good service and customer care goes a long way and most importantly should be recognised. I have a fault with my Citroen C4 and really didn’t get any help from Citroen themselves, I felt really undervalued as a customer. I was very close to never buying a Citroen again after being a loyal customer- I’m already onto my second Citroen and recommended 3 other people who have bought cars with Palmers. But honestly I was lucky when I got to speak to Nick! Nick helped the most if I’m honest- really reassured me (I was very stressed and frustrated). Nick explained everything, made sure I was heard/answered all my questions and went the extra mile to make sure I felt the situation was dealt with. Nick is an absolute credit to your team and you are very lucky to have him, especially from someone who works in a customer facing industry. Matt was very helpful with the sale of my new car, he helped me to get the best deal and thoroughly checked around the car and got me two new tyres which was a bonus. His communication before, during and after has been spot on.

Bought a Citroen C5 Aircross from Hiren Shah, who explained everything succinctly, obviously knowledgeably, and in a very straightforward manner. He answered all our questions without evasion, didn't rush us, didn't try to argue us down on the value of our part exchange car, and wasn't at all pushy. Q: would I buy a second-hand car from this man? A: most definitely I would, and did, and I recommend him to any other prospective buyer.
