We had a return journey to and from Heathrow. Both drivers very polite and helpful. The vehicle was comfortable and clean. Our return flight was delayed by 5 hours and the driver was waiting for us at Heathrow!We will be using them again in June.

I used Chauffeur VIP for a transfer to London Heathrow early February and pick up at London City airport early March , on both occasions the drivers were punctual , courteous and helpful.The vehicles were clean and comfortable .I couldnt wish for a better service and will certainly use them again in the future.

Professional, helpful and supportive from the initial enquiry right through to the delivery of the services, which was the hiring of two chauffeur cars for a wedding. The level of communications was excellent from the outset, confirming every detail along the way, from detailed breakdown of the services being provided through to the arrival of the vehicles themselves. The staff that dealt with the enquiry were polite, helpful and well experienced. The chauffeurs were timely, polite, helpful and well turned out (well dressed). The vehicles were immaculate and exactly what we wanted for the wedding, right down the ribbons on the lead car. I can highly recommend Chauffeur VIP.

Awesome service. Mick was an extremely nice guy and a very safe driver. Just what I needed especially after a long flight and unsociable hrs. Their cars are top notch. I will be using their services again for sure and I highly recommend them.
