Hi everyone, I read these reviews and don’t understand why someone had an issue, these guys are brilliant, used some other services from different companies in the past, but Topparcel by far is the best one, and never had an issue, always friendly and supportive when needed.Parcels get collected and delivered on time. I did make a mistake with the address, but called up and everything was fixed straight away. Would definitely suggest to someone who’s in need to send anything locally, or around the world. Excellent service. ☺️

Thieves work here. I sent my parcel with estimatedweight 10 kg, they back to me and charge for additional 2, but on track parcelappear as 7kg. When I asked, Top Parcel said that it was, probably, a warehouse error. The parcel was delivered well packaged with no visible damage. When my opein it at home she discovered that a lot of things were stolen, cosmetics, coffee, shoes, everything was new and bought to her as a gift. I contacted the carrier, the answer was rude and no help was offered, they refuse to do simple investigation. I even not ask about compensation.

I truly wish I had read these reviews before using this awful company. They do not keep promises and then blame the customer. Their UK side tracking is worthless. They do not answer emails or their telephone. They advertise 7-9 days and goods arrive after a month! Their website does not work 100%.
