Ordered a cat flap panel for our door. Arrived and the measurements are completely wrong so it doesn’t fit. Tried contacting the company multiple times but had no response from them. Tried calling on multiple occasions as well and cannot get through. Extremely disappointed as this was not cheap. Would not recommend.

Very happy customer (and even happier cat). Ordered on Saturday, arrived on Tuesday. Fit perfectly and looks fantastic. Went for microchip flap which I was able to set up for my cat in seconds. Great service and good value. Diolch yn fawr!!

Great service, order to delivery was 4 working days. Panel and fitted catflap fitted perfectly. Good value for money when considering the component parts bought separately alone is around £100. Highly recommend this company. Well done!!

After struggling to find someone who could come and fit a new panel and dog door for us we found PetPanel on Google. Panel with fitted door arrived today. Hubby fitted it no bother and it’s saved so much time. Easy to connect with dogs microchip too. Delighted!!

Really fast service and easy to use. Followed the guide on how to measure up and ordered my catflap. It fitted perfectly and was really easy to install. Very glad I paid extra to have the microchip catflap though as I've noticed a few if the neighbours cats trying to get in!

I purchased a panel with a cat flap, it took 6 days to arrive and was cut wonky and 5mm too wide so doesn't fit. I've been trying to call for 4 days but they've left the phone off the hook. I've also messaged them through their site but they are not responding. I don't usually leave bad reviews but honestly I have run out of ways to contact them.

Fast and efficient service. Asked for a quote on Monday to fit a new panel and cat flap. Measured and installed on Tuesday. Excellent. Unfortunately the cat flap leaks contacted petpanel who said they would come and seal it. However they have cancelled 3 times and no contact since

Affordable alternative to glazing services and no worries with having to cut a hole and install a flap yourself. Comes together with original flap's box and all. Panel fits well, easier to mount than I thought (first YouTube video did the trick). Quick reply from costumer service, no problems with my panel being unusually short (only 3 cm top and bottom of the flap). However, it's not cut quite straight and came as a bumpy rectangle. It doesn't matter as it's all covered in the window frame, but still, could've been cut more evenly.
